The Conference headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, is sold out for Wednesday, May 4th during the Conference. If you are looking for a hotel room that includes an overnight stay on May 4th, consider the Hilton Milwaukee City Center.

ASPRS has secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center Hotel. The Hilton is also connected via skywalk to the Frontier Airlines Center and is a great alternative to the Hyatt Regency.

ASPRS is obligated to fill a certain number of hotel rooms at our conference hotel. If we fail to meet this obligation, we pay a hefty penalty at the end of the conference, which means we will have to raise future conference registration fees.

If you make a hotel reservation, please be certain that you plan to occupy the room. In many cases, conference attendees find that the hotel is sold out well in advance because reservations are made and then cancelled at the late minute by those who reserved early with only a slight chance of attending. Please help us to avoid this problem.
