The Adam's Mark Hotel offers 1,225 new and recently renovated guest rooms with complete health club facilities including sauna, weight room, cardiovascular machines, and heated outdoor pool. Also available: gift shop, full-service business center, guest self-service laundry, florist, and valet and self parking.
The hotel is located on the 16th Street Mall, a mile-long pedestrian promenade lined with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Free shuttle buses run its length providing easy access to all downtown attractions.
To take advantage of the specially negotiated ASPRS rate, you must identify yourself as attending the ASPRS Conference. A limited number of government rate rooms are available. Government ID and travel papers must be presented on-site to receive the government rate, otherwise the conference rate will be charged.
Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport (DIA), a world class facility, is located 23 miles from downtown. It is currently serviced by 20 passenger airlines. Ground transportation from the DIA to the Adam's Mark Hotel is available by limo, taxi, airport shuttle, and public bus service. In the unlikely event of program cancellation, ASPRS will refund 100% of registration fees paid. ASPRS assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation. |
Breakdown of location per activity:
- Adam's Mark has reserved the Mezzanine Level and the Second Level of the Tower Building.
- The Exhibits will go into the second half of the Grand Ballroom, the north convention lobby and the south convention lobby
- The General Session/education track will be in the 1st half of the Grand Ballroom.
- Committee Meetings, Workshops, Educational Sessions will be in rooms A-D and rooms 1-7
- Poster sessions will go in the Windows area
